China Xian Association for International Exchange of Personnel (shortened form as CXAIEP) was established in 1988 and registered in 1993. CXAIEP is a non-governmental organization engaged in international exchange of technical and managerial talents and also a professional go-abroad training organization authorized by Xian Municipal Government.

The tenet of CXAIEP is to promote exchange and cooperation between Xian and other countries in the fields of industry, agriculture, commerce, finance, technology, economy, culture, education, medicine and public health through the international exchange of personnel, so as to accelerate Xian’s economic construction and social development.

The main business of CXAIEP is to introduce foreign experts, student abroad and hi-tech into Xian; to organize various professionals training, study and exchange overseas; to popularize the foreign talents achievement in Xian.
